Guest Facilities

We have both spa bath ensuite or twin share accommodation with own bathroom available.

All linen, towels and soaps are supplied. Beach towels are available on request. Hair dryers are supplied to all bathrooms. There is air conditioning throughout and gas heating. Electric blankets are available for those cold winter months. We have tropical garden views or swimming pool views from every room.

The entrance to Ocean Sunset has a tranquil setting surrounded by two large Conifers with seven varieties of lush tropical palms, ferns and water features. Opposite our B&B there is a beautiful green park with native birds and flora and lovely ocean views where one can take leisure walks. You also enjoy ocean views from our rear garden and pool area.

Safari Room /Guest Lounge

This room is tastefully furnished with comfortable sofa, coffee table, side tables, cable TV and other comfortable chairs. A writing desk and lamp is also available for your convenience. It is decorated with African and Egyptian artefacts with a smattering of colonial memorabilia.

This delightful room has views of the tropical palm grove garden there are also panoramic views that look out onto the pool and alfresco area with ocean views as the backdrop.

Breakfast / Dining Room

This room is furnished with colonial table, six chairs, pine sideboard including a kitchenette with sink fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and electric frypan. Crockery, cutlery and utensils are available as well as iron and board. Tea coffee milk and sugar are provided. This spacious room adjoins guests lounge and overlooks pool area and tropical garden.

Frangipani Room/ Guest Retreat

Here we have an ideal guest retreat, comfortable, spacious and decorated with Balinese artefacts. This room has a sofa and breakfast table with two chairs. Completing this room is a large Bali day bed, massed with brightly coloured cushions ideal to idle away a lazy hour or two, with a good book or watching one of the many movie channels on cable TV. This room also has a coffee table, TV cabinet with many books and magazines including brochures on local sights. This room overlooks beautiful garden areas to relax and enjoy.

Spa bath Ensuite Accommodation

Ensuite accommodation enjoys Queen size bedding with fresh colourful doona covers, bedside tables and lamps there are built in robes with ample drawer space and shelving. Television is mounted on wall with comfortable chair in room. Your ensuite has large corner spa bath modern spacious shower WC and vanity unit with spare towels soaps and hair dryer. Electric blankets are also provided for those cool winter months. Beach towels are available on request. Dimmer lights are located in the spa room for those romantic nights.

The views of the palm grove garden make your stay that much more pleasant.

Twin Share Accommodation

There is one king size single and one single bed, dressing table with five deep drawers built in robe and television mounted on wall. This room is decorated with matching doona covers and is freshly painted with new timber floors.

The bathroom t is for this room exclusively; it is fitted out with king size shower and modern glass screen and vanity unit with spare towels soaps and hair dryer. This pleasant bedroom and bathroom enjoy views of the cactus and bougainvillea garden.
